The Failing Logic of Money

We are facing a failing economy, unstable banking institutions, closing businesses and rampant home repossessions. There is war, crime, environmental damage and general unhappiness.

The cause of our problems is our current way of distributing the earth’s resources which is wasteful, cruel and brings out the worst in human nature. Money affects the quality of the food we eat, the relationships we pursue or end, the way we treat animals, motivates the destruction of our planet and supports a neo-feudal social structure.

First steps to real change

“The Failing Logic of Money” outlines the history of our financial system and explains in easy real life illustrated terms:

The cause of starvation,
Why the rich get richer,
Why people lose their homes and liberties,
Why people seem unable to save money for their security,
Why there is war and crime,
Why both capitalism and communism restricts consumer choice,
How a feudal society is created (the oppression of money),
Why foods and products don’t benefit consumers,
How our present systems rewards the worst in human behaviour rather than the best,

And why our present method of democracy is powerless to help us and why it is so hard to manage and discipline our political representatives and government.

It outlines an alternative way of distributing goods and the changes needed in governmental structures to benefit people, the environment and make government truly accountable to the people.

There is a viable alternate and only now, with the technology and knowledge we have, we can sweep away the terrible problems of the world, by dealing with the cause. All it takes is a collective resolve, a willingness to challenge convention and the maturity to make it happen.

There is nothing new about this solution, it is as old as humankind herself but is truly ready for an update and needs to be considered and debated before we reach current system failure.

Together we can lay the foundations for the new life to come.
